You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tableph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
tableph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your tableph account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified tableph of a security breach in a timely manner.
tableph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tableph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
tableph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tableph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tableph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. tableph is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through tableph's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
tableph's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud.
tableph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tableph will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the tableph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
